Q: I have severe skin allergies, what can be done to ensure that I will not suffer an allergic reaction?
A: Upon completing a customer profile, ensure you identify as having skin allergies and what your laundry preference is. From their, we will ensure that we accommodate your specific needs.


Q: How much laundry am I allotted?
A: Currently, AirDry offers a total of 4 Custom AirDry laundry bags. In the soon to near future,  we plan to procure a custom-made garment container for our customers.


Q: With the current ongoing pandemic, what precautions are being made to ensure AirDry customers are protected against COVID-19 exposure?
A: AirDry is operating contactless,while using gloves and face coverings. Customer and employee safety is our prime concern. Additionally, we use COVID TSAR Cleaner to disinfect all laundry upon pickup and delivery.
